The machine is suitable for grinding end face and external
cylindrical parts with shoulder or gear shaft of automobile,
motorbicycle, compressor industries, etc. The machine employs the imported CNC system and 2-axes, of which 2
axes are simultaneous movement. Wheelhead and worktable all employ
flat-V”combined guideway with TURCITE, and the spindle of grinding
wheel adopts combined hydrodynamic and hydrostatic press bearing
unit to supply oil independently. Headstock is driven by conversion
motor and transducer, and stepless speed regulation can be
realized. Tailstock features sleeve sleeve structure. CNC system
controls dressing interpolation and automatic compensation of
grinding wheel. The machine can be furnished with on-line axial and radial
automatic measuring system and dynamic balance device.
