| SCJ120A PLASTICS BLOW MOULDING MACHINE |
The machine consists of frame, extruder, controllable die head,
moulding machine, blow unit, mechanical hand, electric, hydraulic,
pneumatic systems and automatic loading machine mainly. It is
suitable for producing blow containers made of heavy molecular
weight PE.
Specifications and parameters of it are as follows:
Ⅰ.Extruder:
Screw diameter: 90, screw length to diameter ratio (L/D) =30/1.
Material: high-grade nitrided steel 38CrMoAlA is selected as the
material of the screw. Through surface nitriding treatment, the
thickness of nitrided layer is more than or equal to 0.4MM, and its
hardness is HV900.
Cylinder: high-grade nitrided steel 38CrMoAlA is selected as the
material of the cylinder. Through inner surface nitriding
treatment, its hardness is more than or equal to 900 (HV≥900).
Driving type: driven by Z4 motor, controllable silicon for stepless
regulating speed.
Driving power: 75KW
Screw speed: 0-75R.P.M.
Plasticizing capacity180Kg/h
Temperature control: imported automatic temperature controller.
Heating method: cast aluminium heating ring plus thermal insulation
material and stainless steel cover are employed.
Heating zone: 4 zones.
Cooling method: wind cooling of cylinder.
Hopper base: cooling with circular water.
Ⅱ.Accumulator head:
Whole structure: heart shaped double-layer runners structure have
advantages of material’s entering and going out by order, changing
of material and color being easy and quick.
Accumulator cylinder capacity: 12L
Max. injection weight per time: 9Kg ( calculated according to PE
raw material)
Heating method: stainless steel heating ring is used.
Heating zone: 5 zones
Die head material: main parts adopt nitrided steel 38CrMoAlA
Temperature control: employ imported automatic temperature
controller.
Die dimensions: It is determined depending on each product, and a
set of die is provided with machine.
Rate of injection: 0.4-1.2Kg/s
Die diameter: 100-300mm.
Radial adjustment amount of die: 2mm
Wall thickness control: 64 points axial wall thickness controlling
system has the feedback function of actual curve of wall thickness,
which makes adjustment very easy.
Ⅲ.Clamping unit:
Type: The opening structure without pulling rod helps to load and
unload mould.

Ⅳ.Blow unit:
Three blow units can be selected according to blowing process.

Clamping diameter: 350mm
Advance and retreat stroke: 1200mm
Ⅵ.Hydraulic system:
The system adopts hydraulic proportional servo controlling unit,
the key elements are all imported products such as proportional
valve, servo valve, pilot valve, etc., which features stable run,
reliable functions, exact actions, long service life and quick
response.
The working pressure of main hydraulic system: 12Mpa.
The working pressure of auxiliary hydraulic system: 8Mpa.
Ⅶ.Controlling system:
The system adopts imported strong function PLC+ feel-type screen
for control, which makes operation convenient and visualized. It is
stable and reliability.
The system can mainly realize the following functions:
1. Real time controlling actions of the machine.
2. 64 points axial parison control.
3. Mould opening/closing shift-speed curve control.
4. Motor regulating speed for extruder.
5. Auto-alarming under the conditions of overtime and not reaching
the correct position.
6. General-purpose, multiple-functions system for memorizing 8 sets
of data.
7. Real time displaying the current working procedure.
8. Real time displaying the trouble and alarming information.
9. The system is automatically reset before the circular action
begins.
10. Manually set the varied conditions to ensure safety.
11. Temperature setting may be executed.
12. The data is modified directly on the screen.
13. Temperature can automatically be controlled under the condition
of no working of feeling screen.
